Order Processing

All items—whether apparel or DTF prints/gang sheets—are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing. Large or custom gang sheets may take a bit longer depending on complexity.

Shipping (Canada-Wide)

We ship across Canada using reliable carriers. Standard shipping typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location.
You'll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.

Please double-check your shipping info at checkout—Hug and Hustle is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address entry.

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items (including DTF prints and gang sheets) are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If there’s a quality issue or damage during shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to resolve it 💚

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, we begin preparing your order and cannot guarantee a cancellation.

File Requirements:

  • PNG format with transparent background
  • Minimum 300 DPI for best results
  • No blurry, low-res, or copyrighted designs

🧼 Care Instructions

For Shirts & Apparel:

  • Turn inside out before washing
  • Machine wash cold with like colours
  • Use mild detergent
  • No bleach or fabric softener
  • Tumble dry low or hang dry
  • Do not iron directly on print

For Jean Overalls:

  • Spot clean or machine wash cold
  • Use gentle cycle
  • Hang dry for best results

For DTF Transfers (Before Application):

  • Store in a cool, dry place
  • Avoid moisture and direct sunlight
  • Use within 3–6 months for best results
